Thanks for this look into some live action! Great live feed on a rough day! I have to wonder if the folks complaining have any idea of the actual noise and motion on an INOCA in rough sea state and wind :) Plus, live stream: dependent on connection quality and at this point a lot of the fleet was around and they are still close to land and shipping lanes, i.e. how much bandwidth is available ??? Look at the difference in VG live interview quality vs VG uploaded video from skippers: night and day.
The tack didn't happen, as the last shot is still on stb? How does that "tiller" work on the coach house roof? I see a middle line drawn on the piece above the companionway? Thanks for the interesting videos!
@@brianspalding2953 Just to be clear ... I am not on the team ... just another follower, but amateur photographer and VERY amateur videographer AND an old sailor :)
I mean compared to the Vendée coverage this ist a bad video/livestream. I love to see Alex back on the water but cmon guys... bad quality video, only a few sentences at the beginning, only like 3 camera angles with a 16 min video, simply boring to me. What's the point of a livestream if you don't answer any questions or interact in any way? Just capture video then and upload it in a Betty quality. In the Vendée Alex was alone and it was just a better experiences to watch these videos. now you have a camera/press guy and the videos are arguably way worse than before. I hope he makes some good pictures and good videos for after the race, if not he is just ballast.
What a poor quality video. The audio was incomprehensible, every camera was out of focus, even the fish lensed camera. Movement was jerky and puppetlike. Compared to the live coverage of F1, and Moto GP, you need to get your act together. This was very amateurish.
Are you kidding you are asking 1person on a Boat at sea with a internet Connection that that is very weak to have the same quality as f1 with unlimited money, camera’s and internet like what are you complaining about.
