Oh my! I had no idea they added the glide lock! I’ve wrestled with buying this watch for 3-4 years, but never could get over the fact that it didn’t have a glide lock for that perfect fit! This video just solidified my decision for this new reference over the new 42mm because I prefer the Rose gold, and matter dial over the white gold, and yellow gold’s gloss dial. Awesome review!
Wow I didn’t know that they updated it! I recall trying that watch on in an AD when it first came out and it fit at first try. I felt like Cinderella putting on the glass shoe, except with a Rolex; it was a perfect fit, HAHA! This is on my dream-watch list. Thanks for sharing. :)
Not intentional but looks like I’m following ur collection. I got me Cartier Santos blue dial. Awesome watch. I never thought I would like this yachtmaster on OF but it looks great!
I had to get my oysterflex sent in 3 times until I got the correct fit. I own the older model 116655, but I'm fine with that. I love my watch. It doesn't have a lot of bling with the black dial, hides a lot of the gold bling, but you do get that flash of coppery fire. Enjoy.,,,,,,..
I have the same watch, I got mine from the AD, I think there's too much of a gap on your wrist. I would go to the AD and get a smaller oysterflex. Enjoy
Hello! Can you please help me? I am in a process of getting this amazing watch (126655) and they recommend DF or EF straps - which size I should go with? Buying online so I can't try it on. I am exactly 170mm in wrist circumference and I like to. wear my watches very tight. Would love your opinion. Thanks
Hello, I'd be glad to help but I cannot recommend what size unless I know your wrist size. Rolex has a unique way to measure your wrist to guessimate your size.
