I love this recipe and roll style of Baklava. I'm asking myself what is the turkish element of the recipe? I know turkish Baklava with bland, unseasoned syrup so with just sugar and water. I would still call this persian style for sure:D The persian variant with all the seasonings is my favourite way to make it.
