You can start by standing against a wall and simply lift the toes in the air and hold it by locking out the leg, meaning no bend in the knee until you can hol d it without holding on. The same with the toe facing down except you must bend the knees to execute. Lots of practice.
Hey Mr. Rich I have a pair of Riedell Juice's with the pair came some varsity wheels. I like the wheels but I feel that I can do more with other ones so I was looking at some varsity plus's and Fomac Premier's. What are do you think I should because I wanna be able to slide, spin on my front two wheels, spin while skating forward without stumbling, and feel a lot looser. Thankx
