Thanks for this, I just had a hip replacement done 6 weeks ago and I'm looking forward to putting my skates back on. This gives me a lot of encouragement!
Are you teaching them pr practicing yourself? If you are teaching, you should slow down so they can follow the step, cause you lost everyone and you are doing your own thing. I am pretty advanced so I would be able to keep up seeing you do it once or twice, but they seem like they are barely learning. Other than that nice video, keep rollin.
You did not read the the caption above. I was doing a demo and not teaching. You would not be be able to keep up because you do not know the steps or the sequence that I was doing. I have 2 knee replacements and this was the first time in a few years that I could move this fast to the song I selected. Thanks for your concern. At my age of 66 not many can keep up me.
Richard Humphrey I know for a fact I would be able to keep up. I'm a fast learner and I'm 35, been skating since I was 7 but if this was a demo then that makes sense.
