I enjoyed the reaction. These girls are Korean and, unlike in Japan, rock/metal is not as big in Korea. So I feel these girls don't get the attention they deserve. I appreciate you featuring them on your channel to help get the word out. I'm a guitarist myself. Yes, it's not that Hyunjung (blue hair) is sloppy. It's in the tone. She's playing an all single coil Strat running dry through a Marshall. Interestingly, you compare them to Led Zeppelin. Many say Jimmy Page tended to be "sloppy". But again, it's in the tone. Page is most associated with a Les Paul. But the fact is, he actually recorded most of the more popular Zeppelin tunes with a single coil Telecaster through a Marshall. It's a very dry, low gain tone that doesn't "flow" like a high gain metal tone. Very "vintage rock". I appreciate that. Takes me back to the tunes I grew up on. I would say that the clean 1st verse is reminiscent of Lynyrd Skynyrd. Again, thanks for the reaction.
Rolling Quartz is a Korean girl band. Today, lyrics of Korean and Japanese songs contain a lot of English. However, this song's lyrics come from a poem written in 1920, so all of them are all in Korean. If you liked this girl band, I recommend Good Night for the next song.
Rolling Quartz is a rock band out of Korea! These ladies are very talented and each posses a unique personality! They put out very good music with a rugged feminine touch! I love this group!!
#1 They are Korean, not Japanese, which makes them unique because Rock groups, let alone girl rock bands in Korea are not common, like in Japan. #2 . I have no problems with pausing a video to give feedback and analysis and you seem to understand music, but please stop pausing every 15 seconds. I don't now how you can enjoy a song pausing every 15 seconds to comment. Not trying to be to critical, you seem to have a great understanding of music, but the constant pausing makes people lose interest in your reaction.
