There was a clear indication that a hostile crowd was forming that perhaps her talking skills might better be applied than the hopeless, negative, I cannot do anything after failing a roll or two. More of a common plight of certain types of rpg players.

Ah! Okay. I'm hoping to start my own SWN Revised game soon and I wanted to make sure I wasn't misinterpreting how the rules work.

Yeah... she tilts and gets salty pretty easily. I used to watch her play Overwatch a bunch a while back and she frequently got tilted and whiny there as well. I still like her tho, but these days i only watch her when she is on other shows like Rollplay, Dropped Frames, Co-Optional etc.

I see what you were talking about, and chalked it up (in this case) as Anne getting used to the character she created in relation to the world Adam is describing. Mistakes happen, and the last thing anyone wants to do is slow the game (or the show) down to sweat the small stuff. Each player is still "dialing things in" this early into the game, into the season, into the show. To me, it's like watching improvisational jazz live: the musicians are still feeling everything out while making something entertaining in the moment as best they can. It'll be some time before these players start synergizing to create an effective team. We'll get there. 😊

I liked it! Then again I also liked incontrols salty attitude when he didn't get his way. I find it spices things up and shows that the player is passionate about their character and the game :)

I like Anne on Rollplay shows but she really needs to dial this reaction back for future episodes and/or shows. People hop on to watch Rollplay shows and stuff like this is a huge derailment from people enjoying the show.

It dials my anxiety right up to 10. I have some difficulty with confrontation nowadays. I like the hell out both of these people, but when that happens I just get to feeling so awkward and usually tune partially out of whatever I'm watching. Different strokes for different folks.

Only Booker is Crux and doesn't hold his nobility over others. Other PCs are Serpens, Fornax, and peasant (ACRE). They care because they aren't hardened soldiers but new recruits not much different from the trigger happy Crux soldier.
