Minus the compliments from women, the fact that you were at gym during your birthday, friends and family telling you to let loose go drink etc. That brother shows how bad you want it. That's inspirational shit right there man.

Since I have started working out, females started noticing me more. Not only females but also males look at me like they haven’t seen someone like that before. I am 26, 5’4, 64kgs, not too swole but I have an athletic frame. Until I saw uncle Rom’s vids, I never took the body game seriously. Thank you for opening my eyes wide open. 🙏 Always will be grateful for these lectures!

To convert kilos to pounds always multiply by 2.2. So 64x2.2= 140.8 lbs.

6 to 12 months of hard work will improve anybody physic. The problem is guys are lazy and don't want to put the work in just blame it on the way they look but then refuse to do something about it.

That part about "Turn over in your stomach." Yeah, that part... I've been told the thing about girls wanting to see me in my uniform. Women of ADOS/FBA Black culture are rarely complimentary so I didn't know how to take the positive remarks during my college years. Youth is wasted on the young.

Like I said before in high school females where checking me out all time. But honest back then I was nervous around them not shy. I became brutal after school. Sleeped with a lot of women. Back then it was easy to fix females. Because actually talking and having them relaxed around you was like taking candy of a baby. It is still easy but you need to think twice now. Different Ball game. Women are easy to get but the real question is are you gonna stay?!🙂
