Does anyone else out there look at these monsters and think to themselves, where's the intimacy, the cosiness, the 'fireside' feel that you and the boat are one. It's an unconscious thing we do whenever we enter enclosed spaces. I could be wrong but i think it would be like living in a Las Vegas hotel, or a 7* cruise liner, just so impersonal. You'd need everyone on board to carry walkie/talkies to find them. Mind you, i think Abramovich is cultivating a reputation of building to sell. How many has he built so far 3/4? They're just a billionaires hobby.

It's a shame this is an Abromovich yacht as that means we will almost certainly never get to see the interior. As he keeps them private and never charters.

"it has 48 cabins" ... you said. sorry to tell you it's not possible, for legal reasons.. After 36 cabins, it is legaly considered as a "commercial ship" so it has 36 cabins, or less ! :)

I think a better figure would be 36 cabins for 48 guests not the other way around..!
