Romania Part 1 I Bucharest I Drive through Transylvania I Peles Castle I Barn (Dracula) Castle

My friends and I flew from Venice to Bucharest. The next day hired a car and drove 3 hours to Peles Castle. From there, we drove to Barn Castle or Dracula Castle. In Part 2, we will see the Peles outhouse and the Dracula Castle at night. It was a beautiful but challenging drive. Hope you all enjoy watching my journey video.

No, Peles castle is not in Transylvania, but in northern Wallachia, Prahova county. Further north, Bran Castle is located on the border between the two regions. A strategic defensive position in the Middle Ages.

Thanks for the information, i dint mean to be disrespectful, i will try and correct it. I drove through Transylvania but i guess from your comment it is in northern Wallachia, Prahova county.

@@InterstellarsBlog It's a confusion that many tourists make when going to (or coming from) Transylvania and I just think that it should be clarified and not encouraged 😁 Otherwise, the town of Sinaia is a gem in itself. Beautiful videos! Enjoy your trip ✌

Very beautiful place, i had just 1 day; so had to make the best out of it. I want to visit again and do more videos in the future.

I was so disappointed that i couldn't enter the Barn castle as they close by around 5. Tried hard to communicate with the security to let us in for a few min but was respectfully asked to get lost :-) but no regrets! worth a try..
