Thanks! It is really good and interesting to see the different situations in the big cities, in the small villages, in the country and so on. It helps in the decision wher to buy a property.
Thank you, Chris & Riccardo. Very interesting & informative. I look forward to more videos with Riccardo. Also where do I sign up for "Eating through Italy?" 😉

Hi Noriko, Yes he did have a cold. He is doing better but stated that he wished he was not so stuffed up. There is a lot more we are going to do with him so stay tuned! Nice to hear from you!
I tried hard to find a place in Rome. Impossible to talk to a realtor. I did speak with many locals, looked at many areas and learned the areas in my price range were not a fit for me. Like many other areas Airbnb has priced many people out. Rome has always been special for me. My maternal grandmother is from Rome. Maybe that’s why I feel at home there. I will visit Rome often. It’s a train ride away from Puglia. Thanks for an interesting video.
In my experience looking for a property in italy is very difficult. Even if you speak the language. Everything takes a very long time . I could easily see where the search process could take years. Having said that. I still love italy and have put the search process as an on going hobby. I would not give up. My property will emerge at some point.
Hi Kathy, It really does not take that long if you have the right people. We have brought together a fabulous team. Almost all of our purchases were done within a few weeks. It really doesn't have to take long. Email us if you need help.
