@Mike Sullivan A reference to some South American prisons, notably San Pedro in Bolivia, hosting 'tours' of their facilities where outsiders can enter and explore the societies that have formed in the prisons. People who have entered speak of experiences surrounded by drugs, basically, which is what I assume Ron Burgundy is referencing. The book 'Marching Powder' by Rusty Young is an interesting read into one man's experience in San Pedro if you want to know more.

For me, youtube is like a million times better TV. You can choose your own channels, you don't have to sit through shitty shows to get to your favorite ones. I can spend an entire evening watching JUST my favorite stuff. Plus, commercials are much shorter and can often be skipped

I'm not american, and I don't know anything about Will Ferrell or the movie he was promoting here. Although, I have watched some other Conan videos with him. Up until the end of the video, I actually had no idea Will Ferrell was Ron Burgundy. I thought Ron was a legitimate funny news-caster.
