hhmmm, probably the only system ive seen that teaches to let go of the hand holding the knife....lol. ive studied in such systems when i was young. very unrealistic....look good in demos...but dont help in real life. also, any good ookie knows that there is an art to being thrown around and making the practitioner look very very good.
