It sux that lots of ppl hate on Diaz brothers just by watching a short clip and seeing how they talk, like a postfight speech or something. But if anyone takes the time to listen to them they are actually very intelligent and knowledgeable about health and nutrition.

His gripe is on how poorly the animals are fed, which leads to the animals being shot up with steroids and subsequently developing paratuberculosis which is thereby ingested. He's not actually criticizing the eating of meat, but rather the nasty stuff that's added to it.

You obviously haven't heard how difficult and prestigious it is to have a black or even a brown belt under Cesar Gracie. I know plenty of guys that are beasts in that camp. Check out Jordan Landry and Darin Cooley.

jose fermin really? Yeah I met him. I got invited to a UFC press conference and he was there. I watched him fight all through his Pride days. He is one bad ass and I expected a rough guy but he was the nicest guy ever. I got no bad vibes at all...totally different in and out of the ring.
Ronda the way to make your broccoli is to steam cook it in a closed stainless pot on a rack with 1/2 in of water try it . good luck . i am 83yrs and still run my every day rain or shine. AJB
