August 2006 A collection of news clips, archive footage and stills relating to Ronnie Biggs and his train robbery, escape to Brazil and subsequent fugitive status.
Excellent archive for future generations to watch. He should be freed, they could do it if they wanted to, it can only be spite that they don't. Wish you all the luck and prayers with your campaign.
I think Ronnie Biggs just very great, he is for me a big hero and I admire him very much. I found the 1963 postal robbery simply awesome ... the other post office robbers are awesome ... they worked without a weapon ... just right gentleman. In Germany, after the movie "Gentlemen please check out" shot ... The film is a cult ... Freedom for Ronnie Biggs, he must be very fast from prison!
Ronnie God Bless You, at least you had a life and lived it to the full, not like them scum bags who call themselfs MPs they spend there lifes 24 hours a day thinking how to fiddle the working mans hard earned taxs, God be with you and your family, My school boy hero free at last.
@Paulph04 I think that his subsequent death has to be factored in, certainly it cannot be viewed that a bang to the head caused his death it is not that simple. However there is mounting evidence that sever trauma can contribute to the emergence of numerous life threatening conditions. The issue is that a definite link is impossible to prove as it is dependent upon the individual and the impact of the event whatever that may be upon him or her.
Ronnie, your a legend. It was just a good old fashioned train robbery. And to all you self righteous pricks out there, remember, NO ONE IS INNOCENT. Even Jack Slipper admitted that he admired him.
