Why do pro bodybuilders have crap form and tiny ROM (not all but most of them )

its not crap form, if anything (for a bodybuilder) its acc better form, decreasing range of motion means that they constantly putting pressure on the target muscle, which means it doesnt have any rest when at the bottom of a rep... to a powerlifter this would be crap form, cos they need to have the whole muscle at its optimal for a deadlift etc
