Excuse me?? No. Poor Weight distribution is what makes weight 'feel' heavy. There's no fake or real about equal weight. 20 kilos of potatoes in a bag will feel much heavier than a 20 kilo dumbbell, simple physics
@@lugundurymurdurur7607the reason he can’t walk is because all body builder take an unhealthy amount of steroids.also they don’t do cardio and are carrying and unhealthy amount of weight
@@kundakaps He injured his spine playing football. Basically any major lifting was dangerous, but so was being a police officer. So is any sort of manual labor if your back is seriously injured. He got into powerliftin partially to strengthen his back. Obviously going further and further was dangerous, but yeah. Just some perspective.
Of course it is more dangerous...when I lifted with 8% it felt like something is missing...and it is much harder to connect every muscle especially if your mobiloty is not perfect..lifting this weight at 5% is imossible but yeah he did it..
@BurningSaints it's not to compare yourself. It's to ask if you're giving your 100%. When you look in the mirror, are you giving 100%? Not sure how that's confused with comparing?
Ronnie did what he did, that cannot be changed. However, you guys watching this can avoid the mistake Ronnie and a lot of top bodybuilders made. Hype him, worship his success, but please avoid the path to a wheelchair by 50, trust me, 50, 55 is not that old, there's a lot of life to enjoy. Ps, before the punk trolls piss on my comments, I lift, still train, 35 years experience.
@steviebunchkins1103 First, lift without the aid of steroids and other testosterone boosters. Use your natural strength. You'll better know your limits. Steroids not only alter muscle size but strength as well. The downside is your bones, tendons, joints are the same as any other human. There's a limit to the loads a human being should reach. I learned my lesson when I started suffering severe sciatic nerve pain. I could naturally bench 405, with good supplements, I topped off at around 435. I started doing heavy deadlifts and power cleans as well. Natural! No I didn't fuck with roids, but there are other things out there to boost strength.
Him staying the same weight but gaining 10% body fat would have literally made him weaker. GAINING more weight while also gaining fat may have let him lift more but jsut gaining fat aint doin shit, wtf
Coleman speaks to the warrior mentality. I regret not doing more reps. What a bad ass. Sucks he’s not walking, but such is the way of a savage. He’s forever a savage to the highest of degrees. Don’t feel bad for being in crutches. Your legend can and will forever clear mountains.
Most people are not brave enough to be decisive about important things in life, let alone execute them with discipline. So love Ronnie for being true to his sport !!
that's the most dope ass shit I have heard. the time when everyone is criticizing him for hitting prs when he was 5 weeks out and was so lean that lifting heavy ass shit would definitely injure him, my man has regret he had 6 reps✊respect
Ronnie had the same problem that most lifters have balls to the wall training day in day out something is going to give. Louie Simmons had the right idea lifting has to be done in waves cycles n all the great trainers had the right idea u gotta cut back intensity it can not be done all the time. 3 steps forward 2 steps backwards even Dorian Yates realized that that is why he is injury free now.
He stays true to his word he's always said this and every time they ask him this question he always gives them the same answer. That's a person that lived with no regrets and truly loved what he was doing.
I mean, I love Ronnie, but I really feel like he’s just saying that because he knows he can’t change anything. regrets are pointless because you cannot change what you already put out into the world what you’ve already said what you’ve already done what you’ve already thought. But owning those moments and dealing with the consequences. Whatever they may be, now that’s something different.
Gotdam what a beast still is. That’s what true passion looks like. It’s a shame he ended up how he is. But he’s still the goat and always will be. Still a lot of heart left in him
Maybe everyone thinks that he is suffering but man he doesn't give a flying fuck about his condition today he is and he will be remembered forever. A huge respect and so much of love from my side to the GOAT.
“People who are excited by posthumous fame forget that the people who remember them will soon die too. And those after them in turn. Until their memory, passed from one to another like a candle flame, gutters and goes out. But suppose that those who remembered you were immortal and your memory undying. What good would it do you?“ *- Roman Emperor Aurelius *
