@@SRC267 proof of what ? All i’m saying is that he’s got better and better over the years because of the professional experience he got during his career
20:52 the position he gets on the blue here is simply astounding. An inch in either direction bumps the blue or brown and is no good. And you can see him literally look at that spot before shooting… unbelievable
Yeah noticed that. More than likely trying to strengthen (keep strength) in the bones as he ages to keep going as long as possible. Likely has an eye specialist/trainer too for the same reason and a bunch of vitamins and minerals.
Before he's Dad got out of jail Ronnie O'Sullivan won 3 Worlds,4 UKs and 4 Masters but from about 12 months after he's Dad came out Ronnie spent most of that time helping his Dad get back to normal life.I remember in the 2011 World Final he was on Twitter all day talking about Higgins and Trump and how they were playing then 2012 Season started he was 4-1 down in the first round of the German Masters and looked like he was about to loose and be outside the top 16 but then he came back and won the match vs higginson and went on to win the tournament and since then he's won 30 tournaments with 4 worlds 3 Masters and 3 UKs and now he's got his hands on almost every single record in Snooker. He has been the best I've ever seen since taking the year off and coming back to win it again. He got his revenge on Selby by being the only guy to beat him at the 1 table in the worlds since Selby won his first world by beating him and he won his 7th by beating the great Higgins and then beating an in his prime Trump.Greatest ever question anymore? No
Totally agree. I also remember that 2011 season and especially the German Masters, his first title in quite a while. I remember the talk about him back then, he was considered a great talent, but an under-achiever who'se career was about to be over, him being in his mid- to late thirties. All he did since then was becoming the undisputed goat.
Nice comment. I agree almost entirely. I'm sure that Reardon shaped him up a bot but I'd say he was still the greatest a good few years before that. there was only really Higgins in the convo as Hendry had a poorer safety game pre 'Reardon Ronnie'. I think looked haired Ronnie of 2004 was when he had put enough of the past behind him and had enough battle scars and experience to be the best. I mean.. his 2008 WC was up there with his 2012 which is probably the best Ronnie at WC we have seen and therefore best tournament performance. I think Ronnie 2022 trump 2019 and Murphy 2005 compare. there was some great all tournament play that has been unmatched. hell I'll throw Hendry 1994 in there too...
Ok, how is this guy so good. That was unbeliavable. The commentators didnt even react to that plant at 6:40. I guess everything extraordinary that he does is just so commonplace now.
I noticed that too. Not a word from them. They were literally too busy saying how amazing and incredible this genius player is. They were too doe-eyed to notice his magnificence.
Poetry in motion when you watch Ronnie play. Other players look to technical and robotic, and with Ronnie even though he’s had plenty of coaching in his career he’s incorporated a great technique into his own natural movements and grooves the same every time which is key. Not to mention he has the best cue action in the game which is why he can control the cueball so well. His gameplay brain is better than anybody else’s, he picks the right shot every time. Knows and angles of the table, a great shot creator and splits the pack in particular ways no other player can. He’s the master of snooker.
Ronnie looks in fine shape how can you not say he is able to win another 1/2 world titles he is the player who plays so fast but not reckless min effort max result.
@@stevenstyles7602 Ronnie is the Chuck Norris/Wayne Gretzky/Micheal Jordan/Issac Newton/Beethoven/etc of Snooker. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up with minor damage to his right elbow from the years of playing... just to switch to playing Lefty as a primary for the next *_decade_* and gets 5 more 147s and another 2 World Championships, etc....
Imposter syndrome "They feel inferior, and THEY ARE!". I loved that. And yes, it is hard to "bridge that gap" when the bridge ends halfway across the river for 90% of his opponents.
@@Steven-ze2zk What I love though, is that with the feel of the sport, and of course, how much *_EVERYONE_* agrees on how amazing Ronnie is.... saying "They feel inferior, and THEY ARE." isn't really an insult. I honestly think that in the Hearts of all the Greatest Snooker players, they _know_ that Ronnie at his best Versus them at _Their_ best.... He's gonna win. When Ronnie goes god mode... all *_Anyone_* can do is... hope their seat is comfy.
So looking forward to a little later in the snooker season when Ronnie is playing in the Bigger tv tournaments can't wait to hear the MC announce Ronnie as the 7 time world champion oh it's gonna sound so Awesome
He had a rough few months this year with breaking up with his mrs, now he’s back with her, and happy as ever, he’s dangerous. 8 time world champion loading👌🏼
@@stanvanillo9831 The person who puts the scores doesn't need to see the broadcast screen. He/She has his/her own screen for putting the scores, so it's basically their mistake.
28:30 “If you want to be lucky, play better.” It’s so true. Develop your skill, and you always have more options … and therefore more opportunities for luck to happen.
HEs down and he shoots, hes down and he shoots, with two second set ups for the shots. 3 seconds on harder ones. No one shoots like that in the biz. What a beast.
Никто так не завораживает своей игрой за бильярдным столом, как Ронни О'Салливан ! Биток ставит кием, как рукой, фантастика ! Ронни лучший в снукере !!!
Every pot is missable but Ronnie is just unbelievable. Makes the game look unmissable. Would love to know how he does it … Good luck to him this season.
@@frozengamer3030 The Top players in the world and even the thousands we've never heard about have similar, and perhaps even better/more Practice and dedication... Ronnie is just simply *_Built Differnt._* Granted Practice and Dedication are absolutely required, but you can't just throw that out there like, "yeah he's good, but you could be too if you just applied enough practice and dedication.".... No.... No you cannot be as good as Ronnie "The Rocket" O'Sullivan.... No one can.
Must be the most demoralising thing for the opponent just sitting down watching 😂. But we as fans not complaining happy to see the Rocket at his devastating best.
@Wayne Anthony Holmes Murray isn't close to Ronnie. Ronnie has 21 majors & Murray has 3. Lol Murray isn't close to the greatest Sportsman. Lewis Hamilton has the level of success he has because of his car so no.
@Wayne Anthony Holmes You clearly know nothing about Snooker. Ronnie played in the same eras as Hendry, Davis, Higgins, Selby & loads of all time greats. Murray spent his whole career getting spanked by the big 3. Ronnie has a better head to head record against all of the other Snooker greats. Ronnie pretty much holds every record there is to hold in Snooker. Comparing their achievements is ridiculous because Ronnie has had way more success in his career.
@Wayne Anthony Holmes Can you send me a link of one of your matches please? Semi professional should have some video footage somewhere. You are laughable mate. All you need in Tennis is a big serve to be competitive on most of the surfaces. Ronnie 21 Majors Murray 3 Majors
R O It's truly sad when you have to take the name of another person to show your devotion.. Does he ever get annoyed that you're jammed so far up his ass? It's pathetic how all you carry on like he's the only one who plays the game. I've never understood this "hero worship" bullshit.
Why do they use such a low camera angle... the table is wider than it is long! BBC seem to have the camera much higher up, much easier and more enjoyable to watch.
It's been a long standing issue with how the game looks on TV. It does not seem to matter how much snooker you watch, the first time you see a full-sized-snooker-table you are staggered by how big it is. It looks like an ocean of green or a football pitch.
still learning all the rules of snooker. just got my grandad's original table that he sold when I was born. found it at an estate sale across town!.... so at the start of the second match, Ronnie broke dry, then proceeded to shoot again. is that because Farakh told him to go ahead? thanks in advance.
Legend hope he gets 10 world championship. Hw the hell he's never been Britains sports person of the year decade century is unbelievable no1 could do what he's done especially to lose his dad for 20 at such an early age of his life. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Even the youngest of people reading this comment will never get to see a player of Ronnie's genius in their lifetime and IF they do how lucky will they be ? I honestly think Ronnie is the closest human genius we'll ever get to see in any sport full stop and i'm a football fan but i like my snooker 💯😎
