Red, the younger DC dudes in the FEDS now not really on the gay stuff like the dudes from the 1970's-2010's. I have relatives and people I knew been in the feds system throughout the country for 30+ years and yes ALL of them have told me about DC dudes (a.k.a. Booty Bandits) but from what I have heard last 10-12 years to now it is not as bad as it was before. DC dudes should NOT all be painted with the same brush. I grew up in VA(Newport News/Hampton) and lived in NOVA (northern VA for 6 years) and would be in DC all the times (not always doing the right thing). I know a lot of stand up real MEN to this day from DC and none of them was on that gay homo stuff and I also sadly knew and met some of the worse human beings on planet earth that were from DC. To me the absolute worst dudes I ever dealt with were from Philly, PA. and Brooklyn, NY. 90% were just thieves and liars. Philly to this day has more people per capita than any other city in the USA that have co-operated with the FEDS than any other city this is a fact. USA Today newspaper even did a story about city being the favorite city to the feds for the amount or RATTING they did and still do that is why they call Philly TELL-adelphia LOL!!

I hear all these prison stories and citizens are suffering from the same situation on the outside. The major different is citizens are unprotected in a game that criminals chose to participate in. Everything that occurs in prison happen to regular 9/5 people everyday and on top of that, criminals who suppose to have their own separate codes, forces their codes on regular citizens at their own discretion. But citizens are understood to be off limits in the criminal world. When it comes to criminals, there is no such thing as a good man, its just that they aren't doing it to you but they are indeed victimizing someone. I do understand why a select few fall victim to being a criminal or didn't have choice but most chose to participate in that lifestyle. I'm from a cities that's disenfranchise, non support from government, blanketed with drugs/crimes and inferior school system. I witnessed the ending before the beginning which allowed me the comprehension to make a the right choice. A real one, is a man that avoids the temptation of the streets, sacrifices, better himself without hurting others or the community and takes care of his family. Its not limited to those core pieces but most can't carry out that assignment.
