the old skylight on this roof was not the correct one for metal roof. for years this skylight was leaking.

Nice job. Ice & Water shield for added protection underneath the synthetic feit & skylight frame may have been perfect. Perhaps yall took that step.

You can Order it on any Roofing Supply. Like ABC. BEACON. Etc. Just tell them is for metal roof.

Velux skylight cost $1500 with the flashing for metal roof specifically , metal $75 per piece or panel. I spend $1800 per each one on material only, plus labor.
