Roofing Hoist Demo with over 500 lbs. 

The hoist spool will only hold 40 ft of cable so you would have to splice two 40 ft ladder bottom sections and mount the motor at the top.

You may not have Werner ladders. I offer the plans for $50 .... shipped on DVD, for customers who only have access to ladders that are different.

The hoist motor doesn't require you to build a separate independent breaking system. If you use a winch it will be "freewheeling" when coming down. A hoist locks anytime it is turned off.... up or down and lets down at the same speed it goes up.... about 30 ft per minute.

I have over 300 out there and many are used by roofing companies and NOT ONE has failed in the 12 years I've been selling them. I've seen cables wear out because people allow it to create a "birds nest" on the spool and causes a cable to fray on all winches and hoist. If you workers had this they wouldn't have to manually carry the shingle while climbing a ladder ...so there is no way they would abuse it and destroy it.
