I have a theory abt this maybe the one who came as owner was someone who was prev attacked in that hotel i died due to non closure of ghosts in his body and came to help so that others who are going to stay in that hotel does not fall for the same And second theory maybe he was someone send by god to protect tourists to be save from that hotel either way i think it can be according to me
