So let's document the old room before showing the new one!! :) Here is the "2021" tour I didn't get around to doing of my old room. Hope you enjoy VC. Wish you guys were here to help me move it lol.
Oh my God Your room is like as if you're walking into a records store. This is very awesome and cool, That I almost passed out, now this is what you call a music store. 💯💯💯💯👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
You have moved more than anyone I know in the Vc, but I enjoy the room tours, looks like this will be your last and a short move to boot, looking forward to seeing the new area. Always envy your collection, don't envy having to lug it anywhere, lol.
Awesome set up and collection.... if possible could you post videos of you packing and moving the collection. I am sure it would take a 7x24hr shift to pack and move your collection
By far the best collection display I have ever seen. I love that you keep most of your records like a DJ or a record store so you can flip through them and not damage them. A real pro.
Amaaaaazing B, love the 80’s dvd section :). Sidenote: the music was a little dominant over your voiceover in this video. And that for a guy who’s voice is the best in the VC ;)
May I move in this room for a week before you move everything ? I thought my little remodel was a big chore.. I love that Bob Marley Poster, and your entire music room is amazing ! Congratulations on your home purchase and the upcoming move to the basement ? Cheers ! JT
Man...I got the same feeling when you said "all I see is work." You have a huge project ahead of you but it will be worth it. Your collection is essentially like a museum. Im envious and impressed. Take care Brandon.
Thanks my friend. Yeah, it is totally a lot of work lol...but the way I look at it is that 4-5 days of work is no big deal once it is all set up. That's my view at least lol.
Wow it looks fantastic!! It's like walking into a record shop! Love all the memorabilia on the walls, and some nice guitars too! Bet it took a while to move it all out 😂😂 Fantastic room, wish I could have something like that one day 😊🤘
Looking forward to see what you come up with in the new home. Sounds like you will have room to grow. This one is darn awesome , like going to a cool record store
awesome room and collection, good equipment to go along with it, can't wait to see the new room. Only criticism is that the background music drowned out your voice but other than that good video
Well, I guess when I come to visit I will not be experiencinig the upstairs like that... but, to be honest, from what I'm seeing from the newer recent videos , the Basement is going to look SOOOOOOO Sick as an Audio/Music room.
Greetings Brandon!☺ I'm loving the way your cassettes are so neatly displayed. Would you mind directing me to where you made the purchase of the shelves if at all possible?🤔 I thank you kindly in advance. ☺
Actually a friend, who knows NOTHING about wood working or anything, made these for me for my birthday one year. She simple went to home depot an bought 1x4s (I think) and just had them cut them into piece right there at the store. She nailed them together in a very raw and not everything perfectly even way, and I painted them black with spray paint. She also bought a piece of that peg board type stuff and had them cut strips of that too and just nailed it on the back of each row. That is what keeps the tapes from sliding off the back. If you wanted to make so you can so easily with just a hammer an nails. They truly are just simple boxes lol...and after you give Home Depot or Lowes the measurements you want they do all the cutting for you. Hope that helps.
Wow this is incredible! I don’t think you can just call it a music room. It’s beyond that. I know one thing, this video has totally discouraged me from ever doing a music room video 😂
Well come on over! One huge VC party would be awesome lol!! Oddly enough that is exactly the goal is to make my music rooms always feel like a record store. They are my favorites places to go so why not live in one and get that happiness all the time? :)
Not long. Once I get the stereo set up I just starting moving the empty shelves around to try different arrangements. Once that is done it just takes a day or two to move all the vinyl. Getting everything off the shelves to move always seems to be the greatest challenge lol. I'm about 90% done now and overall with just my music it didn't take more than a few days to move it.
