I’ve just come off a carnivore diet after 9 days because I didn’t poop for four days, and this was after I took laxative two of the last two days, I only started carnivore because I’ve given myself IBS over doing fibre diet, you just can’t win so I’m going back to less fibre but health balanced diet !

Went on injectable Repatha for genetically high cholesterol. Within 2 days had first ever fecal impaction. Stopped drug. Now 5 months later, I have keys (?) - no motility. Any advice? Anyone else had this (unreported?) side effect? In misery… ,
