Hi everyone...today my easy baking idea is about making Rose Sweet Buns - Rose Shaped Bread Muffin. The dough recipe using 'Sweet Dough' I shared in the separate video. Please subscribe my channel: / ninikbeckereatlover

This is the dough that I used to make the Rose Sweet Buns :
EASY SWEET DOUGH :
• EASY SWEET DOUGH | Qui...
Easy Sweet Dough for ROSE BUNS :
312 g (2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
3/4 cup warm milk (separate 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup for two additions)
1 large egg, whisked
3 tbsp soft butter
Extra flour for dusting
A little bit of oil for greasing the bowl
1. In a large bowl make three wells, add sugar, salt, yeast separately. Stir briefly with a wooden/strong spoon.
2. Add 1/2 cup of warm milk (first addition) and whisked the egg. Stir again.
3. Add 1/4 cup warm milk (last addition). Adjust the consistency of your dough. If you think it too sticky, please don't pour all the milk.
Stir until combined. Stir about 2 minutes or so.
4. Add soft butter, stir again until combined well. This is a very soft sticky dough.
5. Grease your clean bowl with little oil, put the soft dough in the greased bowl, and cover about an hour in a warm place.
6. An hour later the dough will hollow and risen well. This is what you want.
7. Transfer into the dusted work surface and dust with extra flour to help form to baa ll.
8. Ready to make any shape you like for a sweet bread/buns

Making the dough is simple but sometimes can be tricky. I do try and error until I found the right dough that mostly I shared here on my channel.

Just searching for breads to learn baking ( I’m a new home baker) then I saw ur video looks lovely & yummy, does this one needs proofing after kneading & before baking coz that’s what I saw on bread baking?

Servinc Ehmedova, Легкое сладкое тесто для ROSE BUNS: ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: одна чашка AP муки = 125 грамм. 312 г (2 1/2 стакана) универсальной муки 5 столовых ложки сахара 1/2 ч.л. соли 1 1/2 ч.л. сухих сухих дрожжей 3/4 чашки теплого молока (отдельно 1/2 стакана + 1/4 чашки для двух добавок) 1 большое яйцо, взбитое 3 ст.л. мягкого масла Дополнительная мука для напыления Немного масла для смазывания чаши 1. В большой миске сделайте три лунки, добавьте сахар, соль, дрожжи отдельно. Перемешать вкратце деревянной / крепкой ложкой. 2. Добавьте 1/2 чашки теплого молока (первое добавление) и взбейте яйцо. Перемешать снова. 3. Добавьте 1/4 чашки теплого молока (последнее добавление). Отрегулируйте консистенцию вашего теста. Если вы считаете это слишком липким, пожалуйста, не наливайте все молоко. Перемешать до объединения. Перемешать около 2 минут или около того. 4. Добавьте мягкое масло, снова перемешайте, пока его не сочтете хорошо. Это очень мягкое липкое тесто. 5. Смажьте свою чистую миску небольшим количеством масла, положите мягкое тесто в смазанную маслом миску и накройте около часа в теплом месте. 6. Через час тесто будет полого и хорошо встанет. It didn’t work for meeee! It took a lot of time and it didn’t work. It baked in a lot less than 15min and it was all mushy and still raw on the inside

Learn to understand the recipe and follow the recipe. This recipe bake at 180° for 15 - 20 minutes.

Wendy, you might make it at night and store in the fridge. The next morning let them warm again at room temperature before baking.

@Sal Ly, while we shaping the dough into roses until completely done, they already rise and ready to egg wash. But you can cover them for a few minutes before baking.

Ash R, you can stuff it with chicken or other after arranged the circle dough overlapping each other then spread the filling (don't be too much), roll it into a rose shape. Let rise before baking.

ROSE BUNS Mudah: 312 g (2 1/2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna 5 sdm gula pasir 1/2 sdt garam 1 1/2 sdt ragi kering instan 3/4 cangkir susu hangat (pisahkan 1/2 cangkir + 1/4 cangkir untuk dua tambahan) 1 butir telur besar, dikocok 3 sdm mentega lembut Tepung ekstra untuk membersihkan debu Sedikit minyak untuk mengoles mangkuk

Shagun, if you don't want to use egg wash will be no problem, only that the appearance will be not shiny, you might brush with butter after come out from the oven.
