If you are talking about runaway political correctness, you are not without a point. If you are talking about social policies, you have no idea what you are talking about. The right has moved to the extreme right, and "the left," as exemplified by Bill, Hillary and Obama, are centrists. Those normally associated with the traditional right have become the new liberals. I liked Roseanne in this interview, but if you are talking about the *"deep end,"* she showed one sign of having gone off of it. At 3:06, the subject became the way in which she had bought into one of the anti-Hillary conspiracy theories. This is one example of how the sinister right wing media has been brainwashing so much of the mindless flock.

It's not even left, (here in France at least) left means trying new ways of governing, new systems that may work (that's why communism, arnarchy and all of that is far left, because they want to radically change the system, the more leftisr you are the more changes you want). Right is by definition a governement which stays on the already built system because it has been proven effective, and try to make it works as good (or even better) as it already had without changing it. Now from my European's perspective (aka very far from your country, and with no practical contact with the system) the left is currently trying to gain votes with the "we're the guys we oppose Trump because Trump is a rascist, and we are not rascists" approach. In what way does the fact that you are rascist or not makes you a leftist? What changes are you bringing to the country?

I am a leftist who is not "obsessed by Trump." Sure, I didn't vote for him, but some of the other Republicans that ran were "further right" than Trump. Montgomery Reece of course she’s not going to get in detail on Kimmel. Also, she’s trying to stay as neutral as possible, that’s why she has the giggles and keeps saying, “I’m gonna be in trouble.” She’s very charming because she’s real. I’m sure the show will have plenty of arguments/serious topics, the first incarnation certainly did, and it was always dealt with them from both sides, something we desperately need today. Roseanne is right in that she has absolutely stayed the same. The left really did move that far away, and THAT is why Trump had his chance. Also, Hillary was a hilariously bad candidate. This country has been screaming at each other for far too long. People are tired. I think this show might really help both sides face each other and calm down.

This has been pointed out by countries all over the world. Also classical Dems like FDR ect platform was much closer to Bernie (who's considered "fringe" by today's American standards).
