A simple home recipe of cooking beef along with roselle leaves. This simple recipe requires the following ingredients;
Roselle leaves - small bunch
Beef - 200 gms (or your meat of choice)
Green chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Salt to taste
Water as required
• Chop the roselle leaves and slit the green chillies.
• In a wok or any deep vessel, cook the leaves and chillies along with salt till the water in them dries out.
• Add water.
• Add in pieces of pre-cooked meat and allow it to cook for about 15 minutes.
• Serve with a hot plate of rice.
