INGREDIENTS OF THE ORIGINAL ROSES CAKE (mold with base of 26 cm and top of 30 cm)
• 150 gr manitoba flour
• 300 g 0 flour
• 80 grams of sugar
• 1 whole egg
• One yolk
• 180 ml of milk
• 60 grams of butter
• 8 gr of brewer's yeast
• Grated lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 4 gr of salt
For the Butter Cream
• 80g of butter flavored with grated lemon zest
• 60 grams of sugar
