Roshae Roberts, a graduate student in Dr. Shahrdad Lotfipour‘s lab, received the 2024 John W. Haycock Award. This video features a two-minute elevator pitch about her research, which she presented during the 2024 CNLM Award Ceremony on May 9, 2024 at the Irvine Improv.
Roberts’s talk is titled, “A moment on the lips and a lifetime on the brain: Understanding adolescent vulnerability to nicotine addiction.”
The UC Irvine Center for the Neurobiology of Learning (CNLM) offers awards to exceptional postdoctoral researchers, graduate trainees, undergraduate students, and Faculty Fellows.
