Such a fun gun. 410 is almost useless, mostly a novelty. 45 Colt is great and has been great with reloads. I have some testing to do yet with a pistol scope, but a red dot has been successful. Good stuff!

5 pellets of 000 at around 1100 fps is not useless

Have you ever shot plus P ammo through this? I’m guessing a Rossi says plus P isn’t allowed but generally single shots are pretty stout.

Nope. As I said in the video, this was a borrowed gun. So, this is the first and likely last time I'll shoot it. Pretty sure it's not +p rated though...

i was commenting about reloading the brawler reloading 45acp and touched wrong button, im old. the 45colt is 14,000psi maximum and the 45acp 20,000 psi maximum. you can look up Hornaday reloading data center 45acp data showing minimum and maximum chamber pressures . several loads you can reload at minimum or above at.14000 psi. as always you reload at your own risk and hazard. shoot safely. SAMMI specs allow for some pretty good performance. A lot of commercial loads are quite light. Heck a 250 gr Keith over a full case of fffg will give a pretty good thump.

Some Judge revolvers have problems. If you Google Judge revolver problems complaints issues you'll see them.

The way it's configured makes me think the factory intended for an optic to be used, with the iron sights just for backup. The front can't be drifted? If anything they should've made it too high, so people could file it down to zero. Looks like there's some room to bring the rear down tho. As for it's competitors, I'm thinking it's about 30% of the way from a Bond Arms overgrown derringer to a Judge. They're going for just over $200 on GB... If I lived on a farm or some such I might get one.

I don't think the front is adjustable, as there is a big screw going through the top of it that appears to attatch it to the barrel.

ive done 45colt extreme pressure testing 255 gr, 250gr, planning 185 , 270 and possibly 300 gr . all my reloads. i don't advise anyone to reload extreme pressure testing in any firearms unless you know what your doing as its extremely dangerous. now for good information,.i shoot 45acp in my brawler. i use from harbor freight a box of 225 -different sizes metric nitrile o rings sizes 8x2mm and 8.8x1.9 mm .putting over face of bullets, slide or roll to back of.case to the base ,back. i shoot my 45acp reloads 185,230gr lower speed target loads 800- 825 fps. warning for new reloaders 45colt max 14,000psi,

If only the NFA wasn't impinging on rights, we could have a smooth bore pistol for .410 and improve patterns dramatically. Any idea why a Mossberg Shockwave gets around the regulation?

Yeah this one is great for just messing around or for a cheap snake/ranch gun because of the price. But if self defense use is a possibility, then definately pay for the Judge and have 5 shots...

The 45 Colt shoots smooth. The 410 shells get stuck. Especially slugs

As you can see in the video I did not have that issue with the .410 shells. Which did you use? Back when I had the Judge I found the Winchester .410 shells to feed/fit the best.
