external rotation, antereolateral, blah blah blah. Show me the evidence, the studies where doing these exercises increase power and strength. Too many fancy words dont mean nothing when it come to athletic performance.

That would be difficult to add all of the research into a presentation that's already almost an hour. I'm sure he's got the studies...

This comment is proof, you have no clue what you're talking about or asking. Where are the studies? There's a ton of peer reviewed research every where. Especially baseball, where rotational force, and deceleration are literally apart of a pitchers game.
