Rotator cuff repair rehabilitation is one of the most challenging processes in orthopedic surgery. It is crucial to do this correctly to get the best result possible following surgery. Doing too much, too soon increases the risk of repair failure, while not doing enough will result in stiffness, pain, and poor function.
