Baldric: Okay, here's the carefully, meticulously laid out plan I have down to the last detail if we're gonna succeed. Nothing will go wrong if we approach this logically. Rehua: That bird called me a bad word after I was nice to it and now I'm going to go follow it into a dark alley to murder it, get ambushed by more of them, and drag the entire party into a three hour combat session. Thurston: Eeeeexcellent. This was seriously the best episode.

This was the episode I joined Zoran's Twitch for so I could watch the VOD early. Hulky squaring up with some shit talking owls and throwing the whole session into chaos, ruining Baldric plans while Speaker couldn't roll above a ten for most of the night. ...worth every fucking penny.

This was hilarious. For once Speaker wasn't the one to derail everything. The one I am really waiting for is when Odo is the one that derails everything. When the least chaotic person embraces chaos it will be a glorious cluster fuck.

I love how so many of these seasons just go off the rails on the simplest parts of the story. Its the story of Lord Buckethead again, and I love every moment of it.

This session is so crazy bc: - the amount of critical successes and fails rolled will never be surpassed by any other session - Earndil’s incredible streak of bad luck here is countered by him yapping for so long after a bad roll that chat had the time to give him a hero point - A player used a Narrative Declaration for almost the exact opposite of its intended purpose

I'd swap Baldric and Oran personally. Rocket was the smart ass tinkerer done with everyone's shit, and Star Lord generally was confident but confused with fits Oran a bit stronger, with a weird relationship to a powerful entity.

I'm half-way through this episode and I am not surprised, I am Utterly Flabbergasted that this campaign survived a whole season. This nonsense is epic, and they are an utter menace to poor Thurston.
