Elite she is.. ingredients.. utensils and kitchen ... she knows her work.. my mouth fell open just to see how brilliantly she use the P rolling pin... it came so easy and natural for her.. im from india, kerala, i used to make roti for dinner, and all these time i thought i do well with my rolling pin. But seeing her.. she is another level.. im ur fan.. thank u for ur channel.. its an entertainment to watch ur videos. Soothing and meditating effect.. lots of love...

Exactly how I used to watch my mum make them. She would make a stack in such a short space of time and without rolling pin some times. I learnt from her about the spots and when to turn over and to make sure it inflates so it cooks through! Amazing! Love your videos!

your Roti isn't sticking to surface while wheeling how , like mine always stick to surface and plus you use nonstop pan. my Roti always got hard and dry because I use to much aata so it doesn't stick to surface what to do..

Use one to two teaspoons of oil while kneading the dought This will make ur roti soft And keep the dough in refrigerator for Atleast 3-4 hours it prevents sticky dough. Hope it works for u
