We've had few dogs before but none as smart as this Rottweiler. He constantly watching us and trying to be in the middle of everything we do, as much as he can. At some point we realized that he is trying to mimic humans. He really understands that shaking his head up and down means 'yes' and shaking his head left to right means the opposite."

@Max Payne Most of the dogs I have had always loved vegetables. They loved broccoli & cucumbers the most. But just like with humans, the earlier dogs are introduced to different foods, the more likely they are to have a wider palate & like more foods as they get older.

@@casematecardinal Healthily-no. Maybe for a short time you’ll start to lose some weight (if you’re overweight), but that’s terrible for you. The cells of dead flesh are just that-dead. The food you eat becomes the bone and flesh of the body-meaning *live* cells. Your body has to take something dead and turn it into life. That’s a complex process. Not to mention it takes around 72 hours for meat to move completely through the system. To give you an idea of what that means: it’s hotter than a hot summer day inside the body. What would happen if you left meat out in the hot sun? It would start to decompose … That’s what’s happening in the digestive system. Now imagine eating nothing but long dead cells that decompose. Absolutely terrible for you.

Next time you go buy dog food read the whole package. They all say has REAL chicken or beef vegetable etc. But people seem to think that a person giving them the absolute REAL chicken Beef cheese vegetables etc (table scraps) is bad. I'll never understand the folks who don't realize what dogs eat in the wild, and what's healthy for our bodies is usually healthy for them. Not only is he adorable but he's very smart too. Such a beautiful fur baby. My brother has had this breed and both his girl & boy were very smart. Hurley would actually say no verbally as well as shake his head. He would fetch things for my brother on command and have his teeth brushed. His girl Shelby was exactly the same too. I love your baby, he is truly amazing in every way. ❤️
