It’s so good that you can talk openly about the steps you took to try and work through the challenges you faced, the first year is so so hard and like the said, you cannot run from your demons… I think as much as there is freedom in sailing and a great journey of miles to sail, the biggest journey of all is internal, and the most progress you will make is inside yourself. I’m so happy to have met you and we on HONEY are excited to see more of you!!! 🥰🥰🥰

you haven't started cruising yet! dont sell! give it a year in a proper cruising ground in season. you have had an intense few months on the water, new cruisers, big passages, new boat etc. it will take a year or two to fine tune the boat, during that time you will enjoy 60% of it. the next years will be glorious. it something you just have to commit to long term to really see what its worth. keep at it and good luck

Everytime i walked passed your lovely yacht, i smiled, regretably neither of you were around for me to say Hi. We were the 2 guys working on the Leapard 48 @ the noisy end! "Boat life", like the weather, full of Hi's n low's. Stay Hi on life.

I do like your channel and follow it. I'm sure you realise it that there's a huge difference between turning lifestyle into online business (like Delos making burritos for months to keep the boat afloat and keep sailing. The same with La Vagabonde and other sucessful sailing channels, nothing is planned and the growth/following is organic). Or choosing a certain lifestyle and trying to turn it into a business in a way (you). Looking at your early videos you are both seem very organised (zerman/austrians) and I don't think that mindset hardly helps to take a leap that you took because suddenly there's no structure. All the best and good luck I'll keep following it

thanks for sharing your thoughts and following our journey! 😊 it is a very different approach like you have written & it‘s def a journey itself figuring everything out, as you can not plan many things .. for us the sailing life just perfectly combines all aspects that we had been looking for in life / work, so it was a choice for a way to live, rather then the pure adventure spirit. like any other life change or business it needs time to evolve and grow. something that makes us itchy, as you have written we are structured - but we have realized this and want to hold on to it and figure it out. 😉
