BOTH ARE CORRECT...On one hand, it is very possible that Yianni has a concussion. And he for sure could of Made that more competitive maybe if that had not happened. BUT! Let’s stop acting like Nick Lee coming out on top is a fluke... this dude has been the man and I believe would have pulled out the victory either way. He will do great this year in competition.

1:55 if Nick Lee doesn't kick his leg up when Yianni brings him down, Yianni doesn't hit his head coming down and we end up with a completely different match.

Man Yianni is an incredible master of controlling his body and as freakish as this head off the mat collision was, I worry about him being able to perform at his apex going forward without being constantly injured. He’s so damn tough that he tore his ACL as a True Freshman IN THE QTR’s beating 2x returning National Champ before avenging his only loss that season vs NCAA Finalist Jaydin Eirmman in the Semi’s and coming from behind to beat 2x NCAA Finalist/#1 seed Bryce Meredith in the finals just to not miss any time to start the next season and dominate to another national title where he didn’t even have his offense back since the injury and was still whoopin ass. He’s almost tough to his detriment because maybe there’s some times where he should take time off a care for his body to have the best performance possible instead of not missing a competition, then ultimately making some changes positionally and technically because since 2019-20 he seems to always be wrestling through some kinda injury/limitations, and his style and toughness continues to put his body in some gnarly positions to withstand without massively increasing the probability of getting injured.

Dude that hit to the head clearly effected Yianni. Man that’s a Fricken sucks! Hope he’s alright.

the ref really should have known to stop match and have Yanni checked again instead of pushing him to the center. especially for a head injury.
