I just met one of the original franchise owners of roundtable. He worked for larson and he owned 13 round table pizzas and got a divorce now he owns one in California he said on a good day they sell 1000 pizzas and 600 salads. He was a customer i did his irrigation he gave me a $100 tip and a free pizza dine in coupon. Super cool guy to talk too. He was going to refer me to his friends and family. Awesome guy thought id watch a roundtable documentary lol.
What pizza did u get? My fav the King Arthur combo grew up eating this @norcal I live in Vegas now found out there’s couple locations here so guess what I’m having for dinner tonight? Yup! Havnt had it since like 2009 😂 excited!
0:51 - "Pola Alto?" Lionizing, hagiographic fluff piece. There's not much to be learned here - I was expecting to hear something about their recipes, ingredients, the King Arthur tie-in, their failed salad bar + instant pizza spinoff chain, etc. And about that stock, it's not publicly traded, I don't think. What were the cuts that restored the chain to profitability? Best salty/crispy pizza however, it's off the charts umami-wise
