Route 66 Road Trip Day 6 - Arizona - Prehistoric Forests & Meteor Craters! Gallup to Flagstaff 

The car in the painted desert is a 1932 Studebaker. It broke down and was left where it was by the owners in about 1936. Given the amount of corrosion in even the desert air, one day it will disappear.

Awesome trip so far. You’ve hit all the major spots.
