Many pieces are same of freelander 1998 ,😊 and the interior design is closely too.

Ahh memories. I had a pre reg V plate 416 ixl which cost £9995 from my local dealer in February 2000. I put 35k on the clock between the date I picked it up and December 2001, when a drunken moron smashed into the back of it. I had whiplash, but walked away in one piece….same can’t be said for the offending driver who broke his arm, collarbone and cheek. Incidentally, insurance deemed it a total loss and offered me £14,200 in settlement. Suffice to say I didn’t argue and I snapped their hand off. Don’t know if I’d got it at a ridiculous deal or if the insurance company made an error in the calculation; but either way I drive 35k miles for free!

If it was auto & not CVT, then it has the Honda unit

The only way you could say rover made a reliable car is when Honda do all the things

I prefer the R8 series over this one. The R8 seemed more like a Rover. This one is almost just a rebadged Honda Civic.
