This was 2 years before he played his most iconic character Mr. Bean but he was already a comedy legend at this point because of stuff like Blackadder, Not the Nine O'clock News and his one man shows.
Hello Mr Bean! You are the best im Netz Und sehr vielfältig in der Filmproduktion Vielseitg..viele Sprachen . Immer was Neues..wird gleich gespeichert in meinen Playlisten..sehr viele schon.. Als Betechtigter darf gern " Gestöbert " werden oder Wichtiges hinzugefügt werden. Have a' nice evening (:) vlg
I remember him exiting the Gielgud foyer after a premier, head down and retiringly saying, 'excuse me please' as he made his way through the throngs to his taxi. Sheer class, contrasted with Steven Fry et al, talking about themselves and sucking up the press attention like it was cocaine. Atkinsons the real deal.
I'd say they just have different personalities. Rowan is introverted and Stephen is a manic depressive. I'm not sure what you're implying with this "real deal" nonsense. BTW Stephen was Rowan's best man at his wedding so I'd say their relationship is fine, especially if Stephen can distract a crowd and Rowan can escape and probably go for a drive in his Aston Martin
Terrible interviewer, endlessly interrupting him mid speech to get to the next question, I had heard that he actually pronounced B's the way he did cos he has a stutter and so that was the only way he could get them out without stuttering, the comedy of it was just a bonus. Im pretty sure thats what one of the Blackadder team said.
