It's a science. Getting it juuuust brown enough. Cut to hot plate, just melting now, flip and burnt to hell. Quick edit, back to golden brown. Now that's science!

There is zero science to grilled cheese , in fact it tastes better when it's almost black , plus burnt grilled cheese is better for ya !
