I finally got the new exhaust system for my 2022 Classic 350. An Indori K style baffeled performance oriented slip on and bend pipe (cat delete) from @saumyacustoms . Looks great, sounds great and performs very well :-)
Awesome videos, keep it up! I am looking to decat, but don’t want the noise to get to much louder. How is the noise increase with the db-killer over stock?

I have a chrome bronze, thinking to install a silencer. 1)Is this a free flow or has baffles? 2)Also was the decat pipe sourced from saumya only? 3)If I decat or put free flow along with it, do I have to retune/remap to compensate for the higher outake? 4) I've heard decating & putting free flow affects the low end torque negatively, what do you suggest?

Gr8 work m8. At what km did u change the pipes out, was thinking of doing the same, but dont wanna hurt the bike before its run in period, which im told is about 2000-5000 km. Cheers 💥

Heard the Cats add on a good chunk of weight bike must have run better after... Think I'd remove the back seat but maybe usefull for camping. Not sure re windshield? Any views on those?
@@MotoMortenIf you can lose 10kg it all helps. Need to be on constant diet haha. Going to be interesting to see how much diff the 24bhp and less weight makes on the scram. (I guess 5/10 mph isnt a big deal). There's an interesting camshaft you can get for the Himi/Scram. (Sold by Hitchcocks uk)
Sorry, but now you have much more high frequency in the sound. I like the original sound much more. Damper-volume makes the sound fat. I do this since 50 years and what I learnd is: do not reduce the size of your exhaust damper. Reduce the obsolet crap inside. The original Damper without Kat sounds fantastic! And in this case the katalysator is in the hose BEFORE the damper. So man only has to cut it away and replace ist by a fitting hose. Test it out!
There is a company called Dug Dug motorcycles that sells a cat delete pipe. I believe they are located in India. That will allow you to use the stock bend pipe and silencer.

@@MotoMorten That muffler originated from Indore city,. Where small organizations use to make those muffler for RE. 3 baffles, 3 pipes in organized a zigzag pattern. There is another version with 2 pipes organized in zigzag pattern. K or HK Indori Just prefixes to distinguishes between makers. Now its hard to find K-indori, HK-indori easily available. 2000 INR/ 26 USD/21 pound. Short-bottle(aka mini Punjab) is a free flow one looks exactly the same. Not recommended for old(UCE) classics at all , due to lack of back pressure and will damage the exhaust valve.

This is a stupid comment. The EFI & ABS are great. Now can you go buy a $25,000 Harley and then put $10,000 more into it and it still looks and runs like absolute shit.
