Amazing review and huge props on the quality of your videos. Probably the most thorough (and beautifully shot) review I've seen yet for these new twins.
dont know how you are always mention the right things while reviewing .. its a shame to see this channel below 100k ...may its because of us . you should have hit 1M
I don't get bikes to review, due to being in Kolkata and I tried launching a Patreon where subscriber support 1 dollar per month could have helped me create better video but no one signed up, so I am just doing what I can within my limited abilities.
@@RideWithRahulOfficial please launch your patreon, mention it in your videos, that way at least some sensible rider will contribute as appreciation. It's sad to see you do everything by yourself for us but we can't support you. Hope someday someone will understand that everything comes at some cost.
Because your review is comparing to sports bikes, think.. why would they lock the higher RPM? It's a cruiser idiot not a racing machine, ofcourse it is hard to handle when it is 200 kgs, are you thinking straight? It's a cruiser !! Get that inside your head, Indians are so uneducated... God!
Finally a brutally honest review the new RE twins deserve. Brilliant insights on what the bike actually is instead of like other reviewers calling it the best thing since sliced bread. *coughs* overdrive *coughs*
One of the best, honest and most comprehensive review I have seen so far. I love Continental GT mainly due to design though ... Thanks for your insights. Keep vlogging.
Your speech and explanation is so good and natural... Normally people are overreacting, trying to show more stylish than real, having attitudes and trying to look smarter while you looks sober, normal and not over reacting. 👌Very informative
Looks fantastic! however, a 650cc with a 6 speed transmission should do far better than 165 kmh. I also see some geometry and tire issues: 1. It needs fatter tires, hopefully the chain and fork geometry will allow this. 2. It looks like your knees are touching the cylinder head??? 3. The foot angle on the peg looks outrageous, even simply compared to the standard Int 650. That can't be comfortable...
yet another great video man! I used to hate your initial videos but have now come to like them.. also the mid corner course correction was disconcerting!
Well done Rahul, an honest and genuine review and by being honest and genuine your selling the bike. It's the perfect bike in every way. If you want to break laws then look else where.
Very thorough! Nice work. When you had that little upset pushing hard through the turn, did you hit some humps in the road? It looked like you bounced a little. Hitting bumps in a fast corner would upset most any bike.
This channel deserve a million views considering the hard works you put into it!!..Which would you prefer between the continental gt and the duke 390 rahul?? And which would have lower maintenance!??
Nah man, a million views is a stretch for a small channel like me, but would have appreciated a few patreon followers so that I can actually keep this channel going.
I am going now very very soon too buy me GT650,I believe I be more happy with this bike than a interceptor... because I dont drive much long tour, max 100 km in a day.... and I believe this continental is good in the city....?
3:01....WTF!!!...I've heard of crossing the road for better grazing, but those cows in the middle of that hooooojj bridge is unbelievable...Incredible India!!!
@@RideWithRahulOfficial Yes, I noticed that..Just seems strange on such a long bridge..I'm from the UK, but live in Burma. I get around on a CB400SS. Exploring possibilities of getting an Enfield imported.
Nice & proper review after covering more than a hundred kms on the machine Curious to know your thoughts on the ability of the Int650 to handle some mild off-roading like the ones you get in North Sikkim or Spiti.
I recently spoke to Shaji Koshi from Royal Enfield and he said the bike has been tested on terrains like Ladakh so if the claim stands then it should be able to manage the off road. Personally I would have wanted beefier front shocks but this should do just fine.
Today i test ride this bike and i am amaze with tha power of the engine deliver once feel that i am flying in the air instead of ridding it on the road
Seems uh lost to re mention the fuel economy after refueling, well i feel i am nit picking :p Great review bro, Looking forward to more such reviews, keep up !!!
Hi Rahul, I am wondering, both the Dominar 2019 and RE 650s can push above 150 km/hr. I have two questions based on your ride experience with them. 1) Which one is the best when it comes to handling and has lesser vibrations? 2) Which one has the better comfort for rider as well as a pillion (heating, suspension and seat)?
That’s one hell of a review.. And my main concern is, as far as I remember the CGT comes with a single seat just for the rider unlike a pillion in Interceptors.. Whereas you have a CGT with dual seat. Is it part of the standard Accessorories or should we get it installed from a mod shop ?
standard CGT is with pillion seat and the single seat is an accessory which you have to purchase separately so you get twin seat stock when you buy the bike.
Hie...nice review man. Wanted to know your thoughts on luggage accessories for the interceptor.. is it possible to mount luggage and panniers like one would put for touring purposes?
A 270 crank is not a parallel twin you might as well call it v twin because the engine configuration is more similar to a V-Twin than it is a parallel twin the old triumphs would parallel twins the pistons went up and down together a 270 crank is not a parallel twin
Awesome review Rahul, probably the best I've seen for this new RE 650. Would it be possible to fit 140/17 rims on the rear wheel.... Any thoughts anyone?
Ride With Rahul I was thinking more of replacing the rear 18 inch rim with 17 inch as well as using a 140 tyre, the 140/17 tyres are much easier to find, do you think that downsizing the rim to 17 inches would cause stability problems?
Congratulations to people of jammu two cylincer jawa also two cylincer in continetal Gt 350cc with near family no relationship good bey stay weep in door get well soon
intwerceptor as long short both good. Only issue with Interceptor is the foot rest while standing in traffic. But while you are riding then perfect foot rest.
does a regular puncture guy can open up the wheels and remove punctures of this bike as i had been informed that in case of puncture u need to get the bike in service station to fix and also will i be able to fix tubeless tires on the same set of stock spoked rims or i need to buy set of new alloy rims.
Punctures can be repaired by regular guys I feel, but they may not be able to remove the wheels, also spoke wheel won't accept tubeless tyres you need alloy wheels for that.
Nice Review. RE should add Alloy matte black Rims, Led HeadLight Cum led Tail Light, Gear Shift Indicator, Hop this will add more modern beauty to Continental 650, appreciate RE for Slipper Clutch & ABS afterall
It was a well planned move by some vloggers to keep my channel down because they knew they can't compete with the dedication and quality. Well, I didn't give up.
Ride With Rahul that I have been seeing from 2015 rahul.. the dedication you put in is commendable no doubt.. & I am so proud and jealous at the same time.. Proud because you were positive all through... Jealous because I dont have this quality.. I too run a small youtube channel and any negativity pulls me off from making future videos...
Work hard to achieve the quality, even I didn't know anything about video making when I had started. And yes, this quality doesn't come with cheap gear, only this year I have spent 2.5 lacs on camera gear.
GT having Weight being lower by 4kilos and clip ONS you can connect more to the front end and classic cafe racer .RE needs to look at lowering overall weight savings
Hello bro..! I have a doubt about tyres since it is tube tyres is it safe on long rides and when we are in high speed puncture to tube tyres is dangerous? Can we still go to this bike.. Please help
U put in lot of efforts..Nice! keep up the good work! God bless! And have subscribed and pressed the bell. Added one like too!..waiting for jawa..one more thing which one u will advice for daily commute and long rides with very reliable and durable engine with 35 kms/litre mileage..? Have shortlisted few fz25, jawa, cbr250r, ..may be upcoming gixxer250 if its going to launch soon..
From your requirements cbr250 tops the charts and mileage will be 30 kmpl and not 35 for CBR, fz has the mileage but doesn't have the power nor ABS so can't recommend it. I am unlucky that Java hasn't launched in Kolkata so waiting for them to show up.
@@RideWithRahulOfficial thanks brother! Awaiting for jawa but as its new platform not sure abt the reliability and durability.. Though it uses mojo engine
I really like this bike but what concerns me is it's touring capabilities and whether it can handle small time offroading? Will it be comfortable for long rides? Recently I saw a video where the interceptor fails at high altitude, have you heard anything else like that? Now seeing the Dominor 2019 I am having second thoughts. I consider touring a big criteria and Dominor being more technically advanced and being a good tourer, I am confused. Please help me out here bro.
It can handle it, but interceptor offers better comfort, you can also check out my Dominar review for really long tours Dominar is the best Indian bike right now.
@@RideWithRahulOfficial so it can handle small time offroading too? And the high altitude case, have you come across it or anyone mentioning about it? Will I be experiencing a lot of pain for a ride stretch of say 500-700?
The Dominar has done upto Siberia I think it can handle Ladakh. The interceptor I see that more of a highway tourer, not a fan taking such a thing to some kind of extreme off road.
