If you have a Himalayan with a cold start problem try bumping your TPS voltage up to .690 to .710 and see if it helps. My TPS on my 2022 was set to .620 from the dealer and it stalled no less than three times in the morning at the start of my commute to work. I want to give credit to Dylan Paul from the Facebook group Royal Enfield Himalayan owners USA for sharing this information. Dylan works at a Royal Enfield dealer and he sets up problematic bikes using a method similar. He uses the actual Royal Enfield diagnostic tool though which if you have that options it’s the way to go. If not the old needle in the connector trick will do.
