Hey
With so many sensors, the diagnostic tool at service centers may be a good option to check and diagnose problems. But some are accessible and easy to diagnose at home like the TPS.
ECU will all the sensors may seems intimidating but it is simple thing. Sensor (like TPS, MAP, O2, Crank speed, to name a few) provide input or information to the ECU which on predefined set of parameters from these inputs, guides the fuel injector and ignition timing, to feed fuel into the engine and advance or retard timing respectively
All these sensors work in conjunction to each other but if one fails the engine will still run on input from the sensor but ECU wont be able to fine tune thus there would be roughness and other teltale symptoms.
This one is regarding TPS. If not adjusted properly it can lead to pough/erratic idle and poor performance. Checking and adjusting is the sipmlest. Hope fully the video will come handy
Cheers :)
