Welcome back to the channel and if you are new here thank you so much for checking us out!
So excited to bring you this second video on the Royal Enfield Himalayan. In this video we take the bike across, mud, gravel, dirt, fields, roads and up the mountain.
It was my first time taking a bike off-road and the Royal Enfield Himalayan did not disappoint!!
Loved doing this off-road riding video and will definitely be doing more off-road motorbiking in the future!

Great video. The Himalayan shows not all roads are racetracks, and not all riding needs to be at breakneck speeds - a lesson I've learned over the years.

Got my new Himi last Friday, have done 600 kms, 1st EVER off-road ride yesterday through gravel, mud and tractor made deep furrows Did a bit of standing up !!!!! The Himi is fast becoming my best ever bike mate....

I recently did a day off road in Dorset with Superior Motorcycle Experience and found the Himalayan so easy to use and, like you, I was a complete novice.

My Himalayan was delivered in march this year.Reminds me a lot of my 1978 Honda XL500 back in the day.I absolutely love this bike .I recommend it to anyone who wants to EJOY riding a bike .

I agree totally except the old 500 was more of a chain destroying machine if you didn't keep the revs up, used to change down based on how hard the chain was hitting the swing arm hehe

Again thanks for sharing. I got to say. The Royal Enfield Himalayan is right up my alley. I've been riding ebikes again since 2018. An love it. But now I want to go further. But don't have the coin for thousands. But 5 thousand is do able. It's perfect. Oh the UK is beautiful. If I could, I'd ride over the pond.

Great video thanks! Just brought a 2020 himalayan for mainly back roads and green laning during the winter months. Definitely Great fun on these bikes , and I get to keep my africa twin adventure sports for slightly more road riding in the summer months. Keep loving biking! Richard 👍.

I'm a newbie getting a Himalayan in the next few days. (I have an Indian Scout Sixty already) Rode a bit when I was a kid. This is exactly why I want a Himalayan. I'm 5' 2" so all ADV bikes are tall. Your video makes me want to do this even more. The joy we are hearing you express is contagious. I can't wait.

Purchased my first bike yesterday and this was hands down my first choice,rode today first time on a motorcycle myself and I love everything about this bike,cant wait to head out on the back roads to do some creek swimming and enjoying my back yard

Excellent vid mate. Watching your rides on the Himalayan has pretty much made up my mind for me....I'm going to get one!! Unfortunately in N.Ireland we don't have the same trails you boys do in England. But I'm sure for the back roads the himi would be fine

I hope they didn't put the 650 on this bike. Will become too big and heavy. Just increase the capacity of the current single. Make it 500 or there about, give it like 7-8 hp more and that's it.

Yeah it will be interesting to see what they do. I heard about a dedicated 650 called the Sherpa. Maybe that will be a lightweight 650? Either way RE are on a roll and the bikes are superb.

Beautiful countryside..i can tell how much you have enjoyed it ..what complement this bike is this type of beautiful scenery and the slow pace riding..i have been in same foot like u too.. riding like this one a week definitely give you the best refreshment.. feels like what riding actually means...very much enjoyed the video.. thankyou for the ride, it was pleasure watching.. :)

Not only another 650 version of this bike, a new 650cc RE cruiser will be unveiled very soon. The 650cc version of Himalayan is now being developed in Royal Enfield Technology Center UK under closed doors.

From my understanding it won’t be a Himalayan, it will be a 650 off road style bike but won’t be called the Himalayan.

There is a lot of haters of the Himalayan which is miss placed. As we know its not fast so it will take time to get anywhere and with it being naked, it doesn't appeal to a lot of riders but that is the point. It will take time to get where you want to go, so enjoy the ride and views. If you do happen to come off with it being naked there isn't a lot to brake, plus it will only cost around £5.500 for a fully equipped bike with hard case panniers (not soft) for a new bike. It will cost a couple of grand more than that for a basic ADV bike with no extras. Also learning to ride off road makes you a better road rider. Its a no frills bike that will get you to where you want to go.

@@Revviews I am thinking about getting one atm. I have been riding since 1995 and raced in the army enduro championships along with riding in the Flying Gunners motorcycle display team for 4 years. I am not after fast bikes Suzuki GSXR1100 WP anymore (been their, done that), nore enduro weapons like husaberg 600fe. I'm just looking for something that is comfortable and capable with good fuel economy and can cross the road / off road divide and the himalayan fits the bill. I have been looking into this for a few years now.

Hi Robert, Thank you mate. It's was near Hailsham, east sussex. I'd never been there myself before that day. Start of the green lane is Robin Post Ln, Arlington. GPS, 50.855976, 0.242396. from there you might be able to just follow the route from the video. It's all linked together. 😃 cheers 🍻

I’m 6ft 2” and find the seat to be initially comfortable but gradually you slide forward so wonder if the touring seat is a better option 🤔

I got the Hitchcock’s touring comfort seat which is better, though taller. OK for me as I have long legs, though even this Seat compresses after an hour or so.

Get the touring seat, im 6'2" and I find the touring seat stops crushed nuts.

Have been listening that its not for Motorway riding / everyday commuting. Does it not go over 70 mph without ease? Are you using stock air filter and stock spark plug?

At my weight it needs full throttle to hit 70mph and stay there. I would agree that it's not for motorway type riding. Yep stock bike.
