You should replace the rubber seals on the rocker cover bolts also as they shrink the same as the o'rings do...You do them as a pair.

Nuts tear, again shows poor quality of parts Enfield uses despite cost of bike. The rocker screw on left doesn't provide access for opening. Rust is big problem, the design itself causes difficulty when servicing the bike. Wiring is very sloppy, some sockets are in open when they should be in covered area. Video is very helpful, how much to turn rocker nut is covered.

Does rocker o rings create pick problem? My o ring has been leaking, also the pick up got low.

Hello sir! My machismo 350 is leaking oil from exhaust rock enormously. I have changed gasket 3 times. Still the same situation. Engine has been newly reassembled which is making the engine hot. I don't know whether it's happening due to heat or something else. Engine oil is 2.25 litre in the engine.

Was it grease that was applied to the o ring or gasket before placing it on to the rocker cover groove?

How much kilometres r done by ths bike?

that rubber is for how much????

Why does it fail, is it due to overheat?

How much does it cost to get head repair...
