Hi Cruisers, Today we give you a short tour of a Royal Princess Mini suite stateroom. We stayed in this Royal Princess mini suite during our cruise to the Mexican Riviera. The Princess mini suite was a bit of a splurge for us, but it turned out to be really nice. We were fortunate to be able to upgrade from our balcony balcony cabin. This is a pretty complete cabin tour even though the video is pretty short. We'll give you a look at the bed, the mini suite sofa bed, the desk area, available storage, electrical outlets, the mini suite bathroom (including the bathtub), and finally a look at the balcony.

@@CruiseTipsTV if you don’t mind I have questions about the sofa bed, info is hard to find. Is the conversion from sofa to bed easy? Does it pop up? Where do the sofa cushions go when the bed is deployed? Also, there do not appear to be outlets beside the bed for a Cpap. Is any extension cord allowed? Thank you so much. Our ship was just switched to the Royal so I have to start over with my research 🙂

That was super spacious! Two TVs too. Love all the storage on Princess - especially the large closet.

Great video. A tip…be careful when getting in or out of the tub as it’s higher than a regular bath tub & it’s easy to bang your foot.

We did a mini suite on Royal Princess in December, and it was poerfect for two adults and two teenagers.

Thanks for the tour! We are very lucky to receive an upgrade from balcony to mini suite on our May 9th coastal cruise on Royal Princess and really looking forward to it - the first time for us in a mini suite.

Hi Sheri and as usual, you did an outstanding video tour and narration. May I ask if you experienced any balcony privacy issues with your mini suite being a few floors under the Sea Walk Bar area? It looks like that Sea Walk would be a lot less traveled than the Sea Walk on the starboard side. Take good care, and let's get back onto the high seas soon !!! CHEERS to you and your family ! Thanks! I see the couch folds out to a bed. We are traveling with 2 teenage boys. If only one of them fits on it, do they bring another rollaway bed?

I would make sure that you book a cabin for four people just to be sure. I am not sure if the couches are large enough for two people.

Hi Sheri - I've got another question for you re. your mini suite. I believe you are in the Reserve Section mini suite category whereby you have a nicer MDL experience ? If so, which of the three MDR's on the Royal have the area designed for Reserve Dining ? Thanks kido !!! m.

Wonderful to hear from you. Actually, we did not book the special mini suite class. I’ve never tried that one but I’ve heard good things about it.

Is it actually a fridge or a cooler? Seems newer ships just put in an electric cooler. It doesn't look too much bigger than the balcony my mom had on Symphony.... except for the tub. However she wouldn't have liked that because stepping in would have been a challenge if there's no separate shower.
