sunbeds at dawn has already put me off this place sadly, it was in my top 3 as well. I prefer the hotels that ban it and remove the towels within 20 minutes. Guests are much happier when that happens. Good honest review though, thank you!

Best Part about the Resort for me was: Pools Large Property (Always something to do) Kids Club was GREAT Worse Parts: Drinks were cheap bottom shelf liquors Food was Ok nothing. special The property wasn’t well lit at night. I found to hard to navigate to and from my room after the sun set. The property hasn't aged well. It's time for a refresh. It looks like it needs a good deep cleaning Over all it was livable but far from the BEST. I wouldn't go back and I would say it's a 50/50 chance other picky travelers would like it.

That’s more or less my opinion as well. A lot of the hotels in the area has a mold problem due to poor construction and humidity.

Hi Nerida. This was in the end of February. The sargassum was really early this year. August normally has some sargassum. But I love the temperature and humidity in august (opposite to everyone else 🤣) Expect sargassum and more than on this video. They are not allowed to remove the sargassum at this beach. The sargassum is changing every week.

@@neridaalvarez5644 hopefully you'll be fine. I recommend going to Isla mujeres and Cozumel when you are in the area. Cozumel for snorkeling and diving, and Isla mujeres for the vibe. You can find videos from both in my RU-vid channel. The video fearless travel is the best one, that is put the most energy in. Muchos gracias! Salusdos 🤩

Just left, worst resort I’ve ever been to. Lowest quality food and liquor money can buy. The service was also was pretty bad. Lunch and dinner took 2 to 2.5 hours and bartenders struggled to make what I requested, in English and Spanish, so not a language barrier. I would received a pinacolada instead of a strawberry margarita 3 times. 😂 You should enjoy a vacation, that is not what will happen at this resort.
